Software Onboarding Guidance

We are looking for a seasoned, obsessively detail oriented, and insanely savvy candidate who is obsessed with customer success to join our growing company. You will support the onboarding and implementation of our software-as-a-service data products with churches around the world.  

Onboarding is Leader Role based Orientation, delivered through automated tools and/or in part through live delivery of content.  You will provide new church partners jaw dropping support by onboarding via email, phone and web-based tools. To be successful in the role you will need to become a product expert so you can quickly analyze and determine client needs and devise creative and effective solutions.

What you will do:

  • Make Discovery calls with new customers 
  • Ensure churches experience flawless automated site setup and Master Administration changes
  • Maintain a basic working knowledge and trouble-shooting ability with the following tools: HubSpot, Sales Force/Service Cloud, Survey Tool, and any other defined tool for the service, in order to optimize their usage
  • Collaborate with the Software Onboarding Management role to help identify and define future work projects for service enhancements based on customer feedback, utilization metrics, etc. 
  • Help to gather information for metrics and KPIs for the Onboarding service
  • Positively effect our church renewal rate
  • Execute defined intervention measure for church partners throughout their onboarding experience  

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience required
  • Proficient in computer desktop applications (MS Office, Apple iWork, browsers)
  • 1 - 2 years client-facing experience
  • Prior experience with the Church Community Builder software, preferred
  • Experience helping non-technical audiences understand technical projects or topics, preferred
