Software Onboarding Management

We want to talk to you! Church Community Builder has an immediate opening for an Onboarding Manager to join our growing company. In this role you’ll work directly with end users to ensure our clients take optimal advantage of our industry-leading church managment software products and services.

Onboarding is Leader Role based Orientation, delivered through automated tools and/or in part through live delivery of content.  You will provide new church partners jaw dropping support by onboarding via email, phone and web-based tools. To be successful in the role you will need to become a product expert so you can quickly analyze and determine client needs and devise creative and effective solutions. You’ll partner with other Customer Success teams, forming a collaborative team focused on ensuring our customers achieve their purpose through the use of Church Community Builder products.

What you will do:

  • Improve the Onboarding process and experience for our customers
  • Define and revise success metrics and KPI's for the Onboarding service
  • Identify key actions necessary to remediate key problems/issues and make recommendations to leadership on necessary steps to improve program portfolio and performance
  • Own customer feedback, indicating software adoption and customer satisfaction in the Onboarding program
  • Support the Onboarding Guidance role by making Discovery calls with new customers 
  • Ensure churches experience flawless automated site setup and Master Administration changes
  • Maintain a basic working knowledge and trouble-shooting ability with the following tools: HubSpot, Sales Force/Service Cloud, Survey Tool, and any other defined tool for the service, in order to optimize their usage
  • Identify and define future work projects for service enhancements based on customer feedback, utilization metrics, etc. 
  • Gather information for metrics and KPIs for the Onboarding service
  • Positively effect our church renewal rate
  • Execute defined intervention measure for church partners throughout their onboarding experience  

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience required
  • Proficient in computer desktop applications (MS Office, Apple iWork, browsers)
  • 3-5 years of client facing experience, either in a front office or onboarding capacity preferred
  • Prior experience with the Church Community Builder software, preferred
  • Project Management skills and ability to develop business cases for new services a plus
  • Demonstration of professional presentation skills to company executives
  • Experience helping non-technical audiences understand technical projects or topics, preferred
