The Data Services Lead will be an engineer at heart, who is expected to lead projects, develop associates, drive change, and have a passion for learning new technologies that help improve our organization. As the flood of digital information increases, the Data Services Lead will guide a team to streamline delivery, improve quality and reduce support costs of our data and analytics processes.
What You Will Do:
Your top priority is to ensure the church can migrate whatever data they wish from their previous database, that this service is delivered to them in a timely manner upon purchase, and that the experience is not frustrating for them. Delivering data released customer support is another focus. Maintaining an advanced knowledge of database structure, theory, security and integrity is a must. You will ensure the team uses industry best practices and tools to deliver our data services. This roles helps to define success metrics and KPI’s for the services in order to be a team all about continual improvement. You will also collaborate with the other Customer Success Leads to ensure business and Customer Success team goals are met.
