What you will do:

The Growth Hacker Marketer will be leading a team of individuals in support of organizational philosophies, objectives and direction.  You will get to play a significant part in creating and executing on Church Community Builder's marketing activities and strategy.  Collaboration with other teams such as Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales and Design will be a big part of your day to day so that they are able to achieve their goals.  Your time will be spent implementing Brand strategy, developing customer engagement processes, generating sales leads, and providing thought leadership with emerging technologies and features.  You will guide your team on campaigns, events, digital marketing and Public Relations while managing social media presence and reputation.  And that is just the beginning.  We will be looking to you to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, analyze the competitive environment and customer trends, develop the 'network mapping' of current market place influencers, and optimize spend and performance. You will also be managing our relationships with agencies and other vendor partners. 

What you will bring:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
